Our Policy
If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- In their original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition
We are not able to refund or exchange items unless the wrong product was sent or the product is damaged/faulty.
How to Return
To return an item:
- Complete the enclosed returns form
- Attach the return address to the package
- Ensure all items are well packaged to prevent damage in transit
- Take the package to your local post office

Return Postage
We offer FREE return postage on all orders returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refund Processing
We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the returns process is complete. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us immediately at info@pakwinitalwine.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
